2009 distribution details

The Polaris Global Value Fund ("Fund") did not distribute any capital gain dividends for 2009 on the scheduled ex-date of December 10, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 9, 2009. Any distributions declared are made pursuant to Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

*Please note that the net asset value (price) of the Fund was reduced by the amount of the distribution. Most shareholders reinvested their distribution to purchase more shares. After reinvesting the distribution, the shareholders owned more shares at the lower price, making the value of their respective accounts equal to their value just prior to the distribution.
